what would make you truly happy and content? i think ultimate goals in life need to be addressed here..

ive heard that happiness comes from within.. and it is mostly perception..
i find that one needs a catalyst to escape the gloom, tho. this is certainly true for me. i find it difficult to just be happy. i need ppl to be happy with..
