self exploration - science fiction

I think they gave me a fake answer. It said I'm somewhere between Lovecraft and Al Gore. What the hell? I wouldn't even consider Lovecraft sci fi....
(Editor's note: The joke here is that Al Gore is full of more shit than a Tijuana sewer during Spring Break. Very subtle as always.)
errr - i hate to admit ignorance, but i dunno who Alice is. [i suppose il google her later..]
I never could get the hang of Lovecraft... not scary enough / or at all, for that matter.
i havnt seen al's truth movie yet.. does anyone know if its any good?
I like Lovecraft because of the way he writes. If I wanted scary I'd read something from Oprah's book club.
don't waste your money on Gore's movie. It's a load of shit--propeganda even. Besides, when that hypocrite was touring the country in his jet, it burned enough gas to keep a Hummer fueled up for a year.
i like stephen king and pratchett for the way they write. ditto, anne rice, but it can get a bit much with the decadent describing.
I havnt read enough lovecraft yet to give a reasonable opinion - just a couple of short stories.
when i read classic horror stories [which arent that scary most of the time], it's funny how few original ideas there are in hollywood today.
You two need to get a room or something.
Maybe you need to read a book, badger. I suggest anything by Martha Stewart.
I ended up as Cordwainer Smith, who I've never heard of and looks like a goober. http://mrmessy.blogspot.com/2007/02/superbowl-warmup-post.html
I'm still getting over it..
